Three aviators crash-land in an Australian desert of perpetual dusk, surrounded by creatures of strange temper. Through this desert of the eternal twilight our three brave – nay, heroic! – flight commanders must survive on a diet consisting of little more than raw potatoes and warm beer.

Will they survive the scheming of evil Wolfman? Will the bumbling Egg and Raven retrieve the all powerful amulet? Will Fox reach that lighthouse in the distance, in time? Will Bird do anything for love? Will Sturt contract gingivitis? Will they survive? Of course. But will they die in the process?
